I am a first time investor and met Brett Young in late 2007. My son and I bought a Triplex in Kokomo. Our initial investment was approx. $12,000. 50% of this was the down payment and 50% was fix-up costs. Our appraised value is now at least $25k more than what we paid and our monthly cash flow is over $500. The Property Manager is excellent and sends me weekly reports on renters etc. as well as a monthly summary and a check.

There are several key points on why this has been a great investment and experience, AND why I am doing more with the Rooftop Team:

1. Minimal Time: Brett and his team saved us countless hours by setting us up with financing people, property management, maintenance-fixup contractors etc. They stay on top of all aspects.

2. Brett set us up with Ravi who handled insurance as well as gave us great advice and peace of mind

3. We only made one trip to Kokomo, but still never saw the actual property

4. The cash flow will pay for my out of pocket costs in about 14 months

5. I have a 60 hour a week fulltime job but am now spending less than an hour a week on this property and that includes the time it takes to get to my mail box and the bank to deposit my income check.

I was initially paranoid about the out of town stuff and wanted to be sure about Brett and his team. We have been consistently impressed with how this has worked.
